The Company was incorporated in the year 1985. From the day of its
inception the company had concentrated on lease and hire purchase
activities only. In view of the opportunities arising out of
liberalisation of the Indian economy, the management has decided to
concentrate on the capital markets. Management of the Company has
also been restructured by inducting qualified and experienced professionals from the capital markets. |
